I like many other Talent Specialists, review an enormous number of resumes for the roles that I work on. It is important to make sure the first part of your resume, (the summary) that we read makes HR professionals want to continue reading. It does not need to be over complicated or too wordy, think of it as a proposal highlighting what makes you the right person for the role.
