Working in the placement industry since 1991, Darcia Bower realized a goal and responded to a need when she started Expert Recruiters in 1999.
After attending the University of British Columbia, the decision to pursue staffing seemed a natural fit with her outgoing personality and analytical style. Soon, the opportunity to work with a small high profile agency presented itself. Having two incredible mentors cemented the desire and seven years with a large Vancouver agency soon followed. During this time she completed several prestigious projects including assisting in the recruitment of support and event staff for the Vancouver Canucks and Vancouver Grizzlies as well as the Executive Assistants of many of Vancouver’s top CEOs.
Always one to take things to the highest level, Expert Recruiters has allowed her to raise service standards and pursue innovations.
The expansion of Expert Recruiters Service offerings include: the purchase of an Accounting Staffing Agency, the development of a Legal Recruitment Service and a growing Professional Division.
