Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. Expert Recruiters will meet with you to learn more about your organization and develop a profile of your open position. How long will it take to have an employee in our company? A. The time frame for successfully finding an employee will vary based on your specific needs. We are committed to sending the most qualified applicants. We've built an extremely large network of qualified professionals that allows Expert Recruiters to fill your position as quickly as possible. Q. What kind of background checks do you provide? A. Every applicant is thoroughly reference checked based on their work history and all skills are tested. More in-depth checks including a credit check and/or transcript verification are also available for an additional fee. Q. What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by Expert Recruiters? A. Although we make every effort to ensure we provide you with the perfect employee, we understand that not every job is a fit for every person. To ensure your satisfaction we provide a six-month replacement guarantee on each permanent position we fill. Simply contact our office within the first six months and we will provide a replacement at no charge. All contract positions are guaranteed for the length of the contract. Even our temporary services come with a 4 hour guarantee. If you are unhappy with the "Ambassador" provided, simply contact our offices within the first 4 hours and we will credit you for those first four hours, as well as provide you with a new "Ambassador".
