How the process works: We start by getting to know you. When you visit our offices for your pre-screening interview, we will meet with you to discuss your career aspirations, your work history and the successes and challenges you have faced over time. We will assess your skills in the areas of written communications, keyboarding, and computer software to identify the areas you excel in and determine which areas we can help you improve you, We even offer free in-house tutorials to refresh your skills on software packages you may be rusty with.
